Recently saw a few studio units are listing on iProperty, 520sf - 993sf from RM290,000 - RM420,000. Leasehold commercial units with strata title, fully furnished.
But this property's price in 2009 was selling RM249,000 for 520sf, now in this properties blooming period its price also not climbing much high, is it worth to invest? Rental rates there from RM1600-2000. The agent says he can assist me to rent out within one month wor.  |
