I personally tested, MP3s sounds like crap with my Pioneer 8350SD. Compression loss from MP3s can be heard clearly compared to a real, original CD. My suggestion to you, try get a real original CD(not malaysia edition or asia edition or burned yourself) and playing it in your car. you'll be amazed by the difference.

if u experience the quality of aac is good as cd, then it's time to upgrade ur system..
