We usually check a player according to the address location on the Identity Card. However, if you have a player which have an identity card number of 14, 54, 55, 56, 57 – etc xxxxxx-14-xxxx which is the number code for the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, we will be as flexible as possible and allow your team to participate.
