How is the environment thr? and how about the salary, increments, bonus n other benefits?

i'm a former maybanker b4 kena outsourced but still working in menara maybank.....maybank staff benefits, bonus, increments quite good

6 years in IT b4 outsourced ....5 years in branch b4 that ....for me very good place to work coz of the environment, ppl around me etc .... bonus in IT is performance-based ....the highest i got is 6.5 months ... Medical fully covered for whole family, housing loan 2-3%, esos .. later i update the current benefits after asking my fren here in maybank ...

my sister is banker working 5 years dy...
benefits really good..insurance fully covered..smile.gif
other department nt sure but if u really get the job u r lucky..normally company/department with lot benefits the turnover is low.

most of the companies require us to attend twice..first round by HR, final round by the Manager of the Dept..

If lucky, sometimes they arrange all at once..

ya, i will having interview for the position analyst programmer on monday, and the ppl tell me that just pure oral interview, no task, no assignment which take around 30-40 minutes.
So i'm just wondering izzit will have 2nd interview regarding my field, while the coming interview is just conducted by HR.
