maybe is caused by the light from light bulb that go inside your lens as a stray light

so weird and it is green color

looks like ur using some cheap filter and getting internal reflections.

try with and without your filter and see if got difference. or try another lens

you using ur lens hood? it helps avoid flares like that as well.

@sai86: is that lens the 35mm 1.8g?
i own that lens as well, and that lens is very prone to ghosting like that.. it's definitely caused by the internal reflection of the (probably cheap) uv filter.. it happens to me as well.. when reach night or when there are strong light sources like that, i would usually remove the filter before taking the shots..
if you check again your "weird" lights, they are the light sources in your pictures.. the 3rd one have 2 long lines that is the reflection from the fluorescent light.

even B+W uv filter also got on 24-70 lens
