QUOTE(celciuz @ Apr 16 2012, 11:08 PM) Oh no, can ask her see..hehe Added on April 16, 2012, 11:17 pm QUOTE(amduser @ Apr 16 2012, 11:10 PM) dont know what to say about that pic, she look like she is inside a tube, perhaps a close up headshot would be good Yes, she was inside the tube.. and i think the lightning is because someone fire off their flash at the same time and captured the flash that's why the skin become like this? Well, I m not sure there about other people fired flash This post has been edited by piscesguy: Apr 16 2012, 11:17 PM |

QUOTE(hkenh @ Apr 16 2012, 11:21 PM) yeah. . .does look weird Hmm...I never applied any NR..look at the eyes and the edges of her fingers and the skirt looks like some blown highlight, and some heavy noise reduction applied Added on April 16, 2012, 11:36 pm QUOTE(piscesguy @ Apr 16 2012, 11:25 PM) the edges of her finger is her fingernails, her skirt pattern is like that on the top and bottomThis post has been edited by piscesguy: Apr 16 2012, 11:36 PM |

QUOTE(Str33tBoY @ Apr 17 2012, 12:09 AM) I think the light above her inside the tube is sufficient already but I used the popup flash , guess the light is too strong.I should have captured without the flash.. I set my sharpness inside my camera to normal. Added on April 17, 2012, 7:49 am QUOTE(tctham @ Apr 17 2012, 12:18 AM) Maybe.. Added on April 17, 2012, 7:53 am QUOTE(Everdying @ Apr 16 2012, 11:44 PM) maybe he shoot low quality jpg? I use JPEG fine quality.sure not straight from camera? picture ratio doesnt look like 3:2. maybe whatever software u used to edit does some weird compression. Actually I cropped the pic a bit.. I use Aperture. This post has been edited by piscesguy: Apr 17 2012, 07:53 AM |

QUOTE(hkenh @ Apr 17 2012, 10:30 AM) hahaha stop picking on him on PP already Pop up flash is OK lah. he said he didn't do any PP this time, just crop wor and the effect is from the pop up flash To control the amount of light coming out from Pop up flash and hitting the subject, just need to set the correct Shutter Speed+ISO+Distance from subject+Manual Mode Added on April 17, 2012, 11:46 am QUOTE(amduser @ Apr 17 2012, 09:22 AM) no need to use pop up flash and start shooting RAW Most of the time I don't use Pop up flash.. Considering wide angle lenses are used for Landscapes, where you would want most of the stuff in-focus generally, why would big aperture lens help? I can understand that low-light conditions are one reason, but you will anyways be more productive using a tripod, is there anything else I may be missing?
