hi all.. juz a quick question... if in bright day light, i wanna shoot a waterfall/stream wif low SS (1~3 secs) to get the milky water effect... and my aperture is at the smallest but my picture is still overexposed... only way to solve it is using ND filters rite?

any other way? hmm.gif
*
