i strongly believe Torres will start in the final. so as Drogba. reason being, we lost Ramires who provide those powerful runs that resulted to two goals against Barca. beside him, i can only imagine Torres to take over the role. he seen him doing that against Valencia & Benfica.

i really hope Essien & Romeu won't start. they totally off form at the moment. psychologically, that wouldn't help the team if those off player to start.

not a bad selection of players by RDM..at least that lineup can hold at least a draw..sturridge still not a team player..and most of the player rarely play together this season.. acceptable that we lose..but not with that scoreline..4-1 is too much..let win UCL !!

next game..major shake up.. introduce few young players..piazon..feruz and chalobah..hutchinson at RB..

bertrand quite a good player..but with terry and iva struggling..we cant say much..hahaha

all 4 goals were caused by defensive error ,
so in my opinion we still 'win' 0-1 tongue.gif

Agree with hidzwan, i think Torres should start.

Can this be a good front six lineup? Would it work?:

Mikel - Lampard

Kalou - Mata - Torres

Drogba

IMO u got it probably 90% correct already in RDM mind what he chooses to put as part of 1st eleven for the final in Munich....can't believe Kalou will play up until UCL final but he is among our only winger that almost 6 feet and he could be more useful in defense job as well more than Mata could....

Having Mikel as our pure Defensive midfielder, Lampard as our deep lying playmaker where he has been fantastic this couple of games with crucial accurate long balls and through ball that turns into goal....

Mata will be our advance playmaker, hes been brilliant in that centre position so far....Kalou will be our squad player that will complement all those talent that will put more emphasize on team effort more than Sturridge do....we only really misses Ramires in midfield...without him our counter attacking lose a bit of sharpness with his lung bursting speedy runs....

Drogba will be my striker main man in the final....the stats proven itself....hes the man that always score on big occasion and against the 'big' team....i'll limit Torres to impact sub role late in the game...hes good but can never really overall contribute better to the game aside from attacking unlike Drogba does....in case we need to sub some midfielder up...Meireles is 1st choice to me and avoid Malouda at all cost....

for the 1st time no worried on losing yesterdays matched!....clearly they are not paying attention and just kicking the balls for fun!...but the game could be a turn around if iva & torress makes it 2-0 for chelsea...

Yup, Meireles is suspended. I think we will have to make do with Kalou and Torres. Don't fancy Sturridge getting a start with his bolot-ness at the moment.

Bayern conquer the midfield agaist Madrid in semis, expect same things in the final....BS - Muller - Kross partnership, unless Chelsea can get back old Essien, hope Drogba or Torres can score from counter attack

what kind of formation does bayern play at the moment? pure 4-3-3? to me RDM shuld be realistic for this match....if we can't match them head to head with our usual attacking play...then we should sit deep, compact, defend and counter attack like how we dump barca back then....

annoyed most with the players who actually had a shout to be involved in the CL final. namely malouda, studge, essien and romeu. woeful play from all four of them. u would think they'd show at least more effort and hunger to impress RDM. only ones on the pitch who played like it meant something were bertrand, ramires, torres and lukaku late on. not forgetting the defense, who made schoolboy errors from the first minute, including turnbull.

a good reminder of how many changes still need to be done for next season. roman will definitely take note.
like everyone else, i'm looking forward to watching lukaku, piazon and maybe even feruz get some minutes in our final game.

p.s : all the best to our youngsters who i'm sure will be putting up a much, much better performance in their second leg match vs blackburn today to lift the FA youth cup!

more like 4-2-3-1

luckily they will miss 3 players. badstuber, gustavo and alaba. 3 of them look lively against RM.

essien look very slow nowadays. jog around the whole game last nite. i don't think he will feature for the final. he way behind mikel atm.

p/s: blackburn youngsters need a miracle to overturn that 4 goals deficit.

dah2 la tu..dah menang besar pon butthurt lagi ke? bestest fans much.

that tackle alone is malicious, and as a fans i don't condone those dangerous challenge. but looking at the other side, Essien wasn't that kind of player. plus, he always one step behind recently so i can understand why he committed that particular tackle.

btw, congratz for youth team and thibout courtouis. rclxm9.gif
