they are 2 different SHC entities (I believe 2 different parties of the same family) ..
BU development which develops BU and this SHC are different entities ...
for Uptown Residence, the developer is the same as that of Seringin's ... which is not the same as Bkt Utama .. hence the design/architecture are like moon and sun !
