Quite a number of units available especially those facing Subang/Sprint highway. Really keen on this development for own stay as it has practically all the amenities and facilities including a vibrant commercial centre. I read somewhere that the initial launching price before discounts was 750 psf or was it 650 psf? Anyone knows? Just trying to assess the progress in prices and values. Thanks.

Yep, part at Uptown 7 and go up to Level 11. They have show units for the 2200 and 2500 sq ft.

Units pretty bare..no kitchen cabinets or built ins. Around 850 psf before 5% depending on facing.

850psf is fair now for PJ area as those Selayang and Cheras already calling RM600-750.
But Uptown confirm do not have all these MRT and LRT so rental wise is quite tough.

True, future MRT will not be far but won't be walking distance, thats for sure. Place is however pretty self sufficient. Perfect for those who intend to stay there or tenants working in the vicinity. I intend to check this out. Those who are similar interested can PM me if you like...I believe negotiating in numbers will give us a stronger hand. No need to go in together but referring to each other is enough to give ourselves an advantage. No reason why we cannot get > 5%. brows.gif

Yep. The Lifestyle tower units were snapped up like hot cakes. The available units now at Family tower are 1.6m plus. Can suffer from indigestion if swallow too fast.. laugh.gif

Around 10%.. didn't really count. Those on North side about 4-5 and rest on South side.
