Really keen on this development for own stay as it has practically all the amenities and facilities including a vibrant commercial centre. I read somewhere that the initial launching price before discounts was 750 psf or was it 650 psf? Anyone knows? Just trying to assess the progress in prices and values. Thanks. |

850psf is fair now for PJ area as those Selayang and Cheras already calling RM600-750.
But Uptown confirm do not have all these MRT and LRT so rental wise is quite tough. |
