Just doing survey for frame upgrade. Other bike shop saying Superlight is made from
China. No worth to take. So just asking around to see is true or not.

thinking of recycling my Controltech FX Stem 45mm from my jamis to my anthem coz the 70mm giant contact stem feels too long. i am RK's size, should be ok right?
*
For me, I can feel the difference every 5mm. 70mm is almost perfect, and my current one that suits me well is 75mm.

45mm could be too responsive for Anthem's H-A. Choice is yours. smile.gif

Anyone interested in Magic Shine 1400 Lumens light
For those riding at night or after work
Very bright. Try check it out in YouTube.
*
1400? too bright. you'll kill the contrast and if it's white light you can't gauge well. get neutral white if possible. 900 lumens is also way to bright. i step it down to 450 lumens during my rides.if for road then doesn't matter.

ini baru bestini baru best

If you find some trails are too technical for you, get a shovel and kill it. that's how I.

If you re new to off road ...better get someone familiar with Kiara to ride with you ....it can be daunting ...you ll either love it or hate it ...

Most importantly is safety ....some if not most of the trails are technical...meaning you ll need some good basics to ride there ...

Just to share my experience ...as I did my research earlier and knew Kiara is technical ...

So I started off in RRI/FRIM-->KDCF...I did that a couple of times before I finally went to Kiara ...

On my first ride in Kiara ...I fell...in fact flew (endo) on the first part of 2K trail....those who remembered I posted pictures my chipped tooth...torn shorts and cracked helmet ....because of that fall ...

Still I had a great sifu who then coached me through the ride ...in the end I fell in love with Kiara (like love story like dat)...thats why I said ...either you ll love it or hate it ....

I would suggest you ride the following trails:

Office-->Tarmac Climb-->Pondok-->2K-->Bunian (Upper Carnival)

Thats my 2 cents la ....

Do ride safely

where is dis 'office'??..i started from d smk sri hartamas lo, d trail there causes my fren flew down d hill..but he manage to avoid falling into d pond down there... sweat.gif

70mm feels too long for me, I'm stretching so it is making me tired on rides.
