sifus, i need help...dis morning ride in pcp n crash mgnificently...d thing is, before d crash, ive gone down several moderate trail (switchback, downhill n some small jumps) n i noticed, when im pedalling, i can feel ticking sound from my crank...d crank not smooth n d sound r loud too..

so you trying to say ur crash has something to do with the ticking sound from your crank?

i think not coz d ticking sound came before i crash..i suspected it is caused by d chain mybe after it smack onto d chainstay repeatedly during d ride...n im pretty sure it is not d crank dat caused d ticking sound...

Well, Aptos is a dirt jump park built by the community in california. You can search youtube, look for aptos dirt jumps and pick redbull's video. The jumps there are just sick.

So me and some friends decided that the plane ticket is too expensive so we decided to build our own dirt jumps. We have also built two berms here. The park is still uncompleted because of primitive building and digging tools. We are building the jumps at bukit bandaraya, shah alam. Work is kinda slow due to the lack of wheelbarrow and the fact that our hoe got stolen.

And here is me testing out the berm we built. We have improved the construction and the longkang now so its quite drift-able. I think its good for main-main petang petang. But we build what we like. And im impressed how main2 petang2 like this can make me ride switchbacks better and faster. LOL. Such a noob

Testing liddat no helmet fair enough lor... the Carbon Free Sunday ride I attended lagi terror.... people with beanie, hoodie and cap also are allowed to cycle in the busy streets of KL during the ride. Smoking somemore fuu

hey guys, would like some advice from all the sifus.

i wanna start cycling again, but the last time i cycled was 10 years ago (literally), just got back my old bike from the shop (sent for servicing and check up), was wondering if u guys got any tips in starting again, and do u guys have any recommendations on where should i cycle.? have always been XC. im staying in subang jaya if that helps.
