find more easier compare to the 1st time in kiara but 1st time go further i recall did office then 2k then go uphill opposite the pondok then can see ppl horse riding then ..... a long climb from the tarmac till pondok almost finish 20km , but last week office + 2k burst .... maybe Euro 2012 fault.

Importantly I'm very enjoy last week
for wife reason only can go kiara 2 weeks once

i use this to track my cycling and running, easy to understand
