most probably your multisim is not compatible for your device. multi sim is a very sensitive sim card, more sensitive than normal sim, and normally not all device can work 

try to use eraser to rub the gold chip on the sim, make sure the gold chip is clean and try it again

yea agree. @ fruitie place, even the normal E1762 modem will performs like E372, he he feng shui so good @ fruitie places

I have a spare E1762 lying around but I'm not selling or trading it off. Need it for my backup instead my E353 is not working.

Just spend a little bit to get a used E1762. I only spent RM 70 or lesser I couldn't remember. Good condition unit.

speed here is fast..can easily go 800-1mB/s.. but only problem on signal.. too low, maybe bcoz flat area n im on 1st floor..need to use booster i guess..

QOS is 15000.. ya.. speed hal, might here is fast..later will moving to new house, if still poor signal, might consider buying the booster..

but dont want seedbox coz limited gb and cheap 8gb bad
