but i seen a guy giving screenshot of 42000 on his E372 MDMA in Wangsa Maju / Gombak

using ipad plan RM70. same with other mobile bb of maxis, speed uncapped one.
the negotiated QoS showed in MDMA? last nite at home was 16000. the speed of download can go as low as 1kb/sec ~_~

Its usually more than a single telco provider dish on a com tower....tag along to share cost, especially areas whereby its pretty densed and not many com towers are approved to be set up. Thus, govt ask to share....

It seems maxis finally blocked off the vpn quota bypass, its a good thing because now postpaid users are getting better speed - at least for me I am now hitting 8mbps quite constantly

it's about time to do so, since maxis knew about VPN selling thing openly and blatantly saying their one is can bypass quota. Well, After siaokom has throttled their own skmm into 512kbps, now it's maxis' turn to do so after so much of abuse.

if i'm not mistaken, initially maxis gives to most subscriber of private IP. Only then, by request,  the subscriber can get public IP.

im tethering via galaxytab ..using maxis unlimited corporate package and strongVPN for streaming netflix n hulu...if without vpn i can streaming  youtube 1080p smoothly ..
