i have a question regarding the exam docket.. there appears to be 2 pages from the downloaded version of docket.. should i print the docket front and back into 1 piece of A4 paper? or should i print it separately in 2 pieces of paper?

so do we need to bring both pages of the exam docket into the exam hall? or just the page which have your picture on it?
