I personally experiencing this, using MBB debit card as well. I swiped my card on the 14 Dec and till today the transaction still pending. I emailed ACCA UK for help but they said the amount did not reach them, therefore asked me to get back to MBB for it.

Hence last thursday i called up MBB hotline and the operator mentioned that it takes 7 working days to process the payment. Today is the 8th working day for me and yet the amount deducted still show as "pre-auth" deduction in my bank statement. I'm going give them 9 days (till tmr), then i'll ring MBB again to seek explaination.

Nop, not yet. Already 9 working days for MBB to process the payment. My friend requested for a refund and MBB told her that it will takes 16days for the refund. I will ring MBB again tmr for my case to ask about it.
Deadline for the subscription fees is 31 Jan i think.

Whats your status of the problem?

I did call MBB, but they didn't told me that need 7 working days to process the payment.
ACCA request me to send them an evidence of payment. I did email them yesterday, now waiting for their reply. I think u can send them too.

Regarding F8, if your gf can manage it I would suggest to self study since it's mostly memory work. Many people will tell you it's best to "understand and apply" than to "memorize" but I beg to differ  yawn.gif

Also if she wants to go for lectures I would say I had a bad experience for F8 in Sunway.

What did u mean by bad experience?
