KPMG is always a big 4 firm. They were just not in the top 5 best employers. That will not be a real big loss for them since that is a secondary goal for audit firms. Their primary goal is Keep Partners Money Growing a.k.a profit maximisation.

Tips from other providers for all the paper
http://www.pqaccountant.com/
Go to studyzone and click acca

I will be posting my tips up in the following blogs after Nov 24 - busy with obu for now
acca-p2.blogspot.com
j-p1.blogspot.com
j-p3.blogspot.com
j-fma.blogspot.com
j-audit.blogspot.com

Obviously spots are dangerous and should be used carefully.

So far lsbf and open tuition looks kinda reliable. The others seem to cover everything.

No , i stop taking ptptn
They give me rm1300 per semester so better use my own money

PTPN no longer applicable for ACCA where ever you do it. ACCA is not eligible. Government does have some grants or loans that you can apply. The best is to use EPF if you are going to college.

excuse me, may i know any recommended lecturer(s) for F5 ? plsss....
*
You can use
Laurence in KDU
Arshad Adam in Inti / FTMS
Ian in Elite Jaya
Andrew Pang in Kasturi PJ / KL
Jay in J Pro
Akbar in Sunway

Obviously this is a list of lecturers and not recommended. Since recommended is opinion driven and one person good lecturer is another persons bane.

Hope that helps

Thanks for your reply. I will consider this pathway once I have a look at the ACCA materials.

I get what you mean, it's just that I am not that keen of studying in Malaysia. I hope to be able to work overseas afterwards. I know UK has tighten their immigration rules but what about SG?
*
To get a job overseas. You have to be extremely good. If average, chances are much lower. Study in Malaysia, work 2 years and if you are good then apply overseas. Studying overseas just increases the cost and does not guarantee job prospects.

Heard that many claim that P7 was a real disaster this time - big group question with heavy due diligence. rclxub.gif cry.gif

Hi, currently I just graduated from secondary school.

Should I do the traditional route of Pre-U ---> Degree ---> Professional Level of ACCA or just take CAT-ACCA? Or any other suggestions?

I want to be a Chartered Accountant in the future! Thanks! biggrin.gif

If you can work hard and good in English and maths - do cat and then acca . It is much faster and cheaper. Even if you fail a few times, you can still save yourself some cash. Ask your father to put the difference into buying Coke Cola or Public Bank shares.

When you graduate later it will be enough to probably buy you a new car.

If you want to take life easy and give the colleges the cash - use the route you recommended.
