Just sorted my reno plan for 1209sqft. Simple design with tower unit and island. The stove will be placed at the wall of the 2nd bathroom. Hard to visualize. Will share the sketch plan soon.

Of cuz the yard can fit the washing machine, thats not a problem. I think the problem is the wall on the yards door towards the sink are a little bit too small, not by much.

My cabinet standard size altough customarily made, thats why it oversized a bit towards the yards door. So far not a problem.

And for those who planned to apply for unifi, gotta wait till 1st October only then we can get an update about it. I alrwady went tower twice. From 24th August now october. God knows when it will be.

Installing grill only is not worth it, a window make more sense because during windy day it can get bad, so does during the rain. A grill not gonna stop that.

Will be installing window at the yard. But not at the section where it faces the outdoor aircond unit. Quoted rm500 for it.

Yeap that's right, the hood will  be in the middle of the kitchen and the dining table in front of the hood.
Haha I see, yours is looking great as well. You render your design using sketch up ? I've only seen 2 places to get their quotes for design and available material. All comes down to price later.
Just cabinet like that without applicants, you're looking at about 13k quote from Ikea. If you want the granite table top finish then it'll be around 18k

Temporarily will cook at the yard. So no hood and hob. But if i were to put it in the future, it will be next to the yard door. Keeping the option open though

I've measured. It is possible to cook at yard albeit bit cramped. Depends how big is your washing machine. The cooking spot will be facing window in hope to allow smoke to go out effectively. I saw one of the neighbour place their washing machine at the aircond area. Bit strange but quite creative.

The fridge will be placed next the base unit on the left.

For cooking at yard, install a window and put an exhaust fan if needed.

Did anyone engage MKH for renovation? Saw their banner at the lift lobby. Planning to look for a few contractors to compare.

Hows their pricing? Would you recommend them? Planning to do plaster ceiling as well. Btw my unit is at Lvl 20 Block A. Nice to meet you all.

Does anyone know what type of air cond piping that MKH installed ..support inverter? gas R410A?..

The pipe is inverter ready. The living hall pipe is for the 2.5 hp

1.5 for bedroom probably a bit big. Don't know maybe your unit got a hug master. But 1.0 is more than enough for me, farking cold

Some more so slow like siput sedut..  Lift lobby air cond wasnt functioning either.. Parking lot so scary with lot of things.. Looks like storage area.. So dissapointed.. i think there is something wrong with the lift system
