What does 75k include?
*
Kitchen cabinet + hob + hood. Yard window. Also a small cabinet at yard to store stuff. Built-in wardrobes all bedrooms. 2nd bathroom shower glassdoor. Door grill. Shoe rack. Tv cabinet. Plaster ceiling. I think the killer is kitchen cabinets, quoted 25k! I'm asking for discount tomorrow.

I also bought 1.5hp for my living and 1hp for the rooms (Panasonic brand). Yes the piping is 2.5hp ready but installation should not be a problem as they can weld the piping back to the aircond's size.
*
Hv u installed yours? No prob right?
I'm getting 2hp for living room (panasonic inverter).
1.5hp inverter for master bedroom. Master bedroom can use inverter right?
1hp for other rooms.

I also dont think its that bad. So far I dont see any major issues. Except some teething problems...eg carpark lift broke down today & since my parking lot is at B3, I had to climb the stairs to B1. Noise, yes...esp during the day. But I think this is expected since many unit still doing reno. I'm also one of the culprits since my reno is not yet completed smile.gif

Overall I see its a nice place, but I think I need to make a complain about the pool. Did anyone noticed the water is like kinda dirty/milky/whatever u call it. Very different compared to like 6 mths back when u can actually see the bottom of the pool clearly. Now the colour is like green. Not very appetising to jump inside if u know what I mean....

Anyone hv problem with aircond piping when installing aircond? My contractor discovered piping crooked, so need to fix it. Hack the wall little bit & correct the piping. This is for the living room aircond.

Wow! Lift banjir
Seriously, is it true? Any resident can verify?
*
Last friday late afternoon it rained for awhile. The contractor lift in block A leaked, so the mgmt has stopped that lift operation to fix it. I think the roof got some problem and affected the lift. But I also think the roof problem only happened recently, coz it has been raining over the last few months during monsoon, and our block A lift didnt hv any problems.

Either way, i'm checking with the office on regular basis.

I think the situation will be much better when Jmb is formed. Right now many units still waiting to move in. So I guess we'll all hv to be patient for awhile.

There was someone who was posting about faulty lifts & saying that if someone is stuck at the door, the lift door wont open. Which I think is not true, coz I tried it and the lift works fine.

By the way, is it just me or do u guys noticed that there are many "underage" boys on motorbikes around the condo here...and they are not wearing helmets. (Underage as in I think they look too young to hv bike license).
Sometimes at night, they switch off the bike lights & race around here. A bit of nuisance if u know what I mean.....

I just complained about the signage about no being lit up for some time. They got that fixed.

Seems like it's so difficult to place dustbin at every parking level as I requested.

Parking sensor at SB1 is hit and miss. Today is Shit again. What else is there to complain
*
Ya in fact, i'm just wondering about the dustbins. Need them at carparks, and also at mailroom.

Oh that's really great to hear! Can I also ask if they allow us to dry clothes at the balcony? The yard is so small not sure if I can fit a dryer there...
*
U can fit quite a number of things at the yard laa....Just need to be creative. Get your reno guy or designer to give u some ideas. Or just hang ur clothes at balcony. Many ppl are doing that.

Oh you know I stomp my feet today with the complaints this morning, I'm very happy to see a dustbin at every level of carpark, a big green one lol ! wish they could just provide a small semi circular ones below the lift buttons.

Lots more to go, I'm still not happy with the SB1 Parking entry/exit. Too much of this frequent circuit trip
*
Oh ya, and also at ground floor near the multipurpose room, there are 4 new recycle bins too. Thats great!

Hello! I am an owner and have been staying there for 1 year. The defects in my unit are not as bad as hers thankfully (my toilet didnt explode). Yes there were some defects when I first bought the unit but eventually, almost everything is fixed now with ongoing repairs on one wall leak. The bigger nightmare that I am dealing with is my neighbour upstairs who likes to stay up late pulling chairs, stomping around and going to the toilet every 30 mins or so. Is it common for condos to be able to hear footsteps from the neighbour upstairs?
*
Me too having the same problem with my upstairs neighbour. I'm also an owner and staying here for 1.5 years now. I had small defects (no my toilet didnt burst) but all repaired before I moved in. The only real complaint I had was some hacking outside my unit done by the maintenance ppl to fix the piping, and they "forgot" to close the hole, can u imagine everyday I am looking at the wall with a big hole... until I went to the mgmt office and told them about this issue, and the building manager (it was Tony during that time) said their ppl forgot about it. But the wall was repaired & painted within 2 days. Other than that, no major problem till today. Uhmm, not sure how severe her allegations are, but I personally did not encounter anything so bad like hers....
