per SF 1390 is cheaper by 35 psf ..compare to 1253 ..anyway I don't realized that when I choose 1390 the master bedroom is smaller .. will ask the agent whether can still change or not ..

Generally all unit come with a "not so big" living room.... I felt living room is almost same seizure with all the bedrooms... Don't u agree with me?

I think it is typical for apartment to have not so big living room except the penthouse .. want bigger living room buy landed biggrin.gif

Ya.. Nowdays apt/ condo with smaller living hall as limited space and ppl tend to have more activities in bedroom rather than living hall...

aiyo, all non bumi lot sold out...so pityyyy...I really love this development, and i went to site in the end of oct, I can even hear birds singing in the middle of the day from somewhere near block a.

Do you think the Budget announcement on RPGT tax and and foreigner purchase set to above 1m will have effects on Saville?

I bought for own stay so I don't think I have to worry, but still would like to see selling price increase after handover of units..

me too, initially was not interested in this development, but after I went to the actual site, I booked one unit.

When Pantai Sentral Park complete phase by phase will attract more foreign companies in Pantai Dalam, this will definately helps savilles Bangsar goes above 1mil...

Anyway, new set of RPGT and foreigner 1 mil threshold will take time to buffer... And it definately ppl will get use to it after 3 years...

BTW I don't read all this before. Just want to ask and double confirm. Is it this Saville is a malay reserved land or just other some restriction? I get to know lately that this project don't fall under malay reserved land while last time the SA told me that this is malay reserved land.. haiya...

Yes I went there at Pusat Kumuniti on 5/11 to view the actual site saw a non-bumi couple driving white estima .. Asked them if they bought a unit there bec they look very interested watching the site actual progress...with frustrated faces they replied not bec the non-bumi unit was sold out and the waiting list is 1000 ppl(not sure it is true) ..glad I got a unit there

I think max 70% is granted by local authorities, but developer hold with with the MRT circle line announcement with Pantai Sentral Park launching....

If u wanna get a unit, u have to work it out in a different way...

No idea... But someone saying Pantai Sentral park launching only at 700psf, where I got it 850psf....
