Yeah heard the same thing. They are targeting the phase 2 in Feb 2014. Its another mixed development, Shop Offices and Serviced Apartments.

However I believe the service apartments will be much higher specs.

Heard the phase 2 is SOHO, not apartment, anyone can confirm, Glomac is calling focus group this Sat and next Tuesday.

The land size of 2nd phase is smaller than the current phase, think high chances soho + service apartment, retails not likely due to land size limitation and demand factor.

Noticed tat d construction is in progress (perhaps up to 3rd floor), think they r constructing the mock up unit for the retail lot coz the unit is directly facing the se terra. dun think is the service apartment as it shld be fronting the pelangi apartment.
