TM NUT technician only interested to serve streamyx application with site installation package

Firstly, no other broadband service in my area, this is only reason I apply streamyx.

Many people may not know that I was running streamyx reselling business three years ago. Had stopped my reselling for them after feeling sick to deal with TMNUT people.

Now back to my story.

I applied 1.0 MB streamyx account on 7 Dec 2005 through their website. Today is the third day of my application.

Until today the line is still not working yet. I have to call "TMNUT Activation Department" to activate the account myself because no "site installation fee" paid for TMNUT agent based in Cheras (Alam Damai area) with this self-service package.

After the activation, the ADSL line signal is no ready also. The phone line is still no connected to DSLAM although TMNUT activation department said my phone line was activated and start charging me the monthly fee.

This is bullshit because no noise on my normal phone even without the splitter.

I give them ultimatum, the streamyx line must be up by tomorrow. I do
not care Saturday is their working day or not. My report number at their customer service center is 49932XX.

If the line is no up by this Saturday, I will cancel my new streamyx
account on next Monday which I have asked their customer service to put this REMARK in the technical report.

The cancellation at least can make my mind more peaceful without need
to deal with a bunch of sicko in future.

That was before when I was a reseller for TM NUT.

Now all streamyx jobs return back to TM NUT as I was told by a TM technician in Cheras.

Seems broadband 3G (not celcom, another sicko under TM) is only choice I have.

May be the wait is forever...TMNUT Activation Department shall able to access the jumper installation is ready or not from their system.

Their customer service system says the installation was done while TM NUT website says is not done. See how these sicko do their job.

If you pay them RM 50 site installation fee, they would employ a monkey to connect jumper for you within 24 hours.

Anyway, you can terminate your phone line or streamyx service within a week if you are not happy with TM and TM NUT service.

Maxis 3G shall be my choice because I can access my email in KL and Penang.

I prefer to terminate the account within the 7 days grace period.

Anyway I have to go to TM point next monday to cancel my CDMA phone line. Will cancel my streamyx account at the same time.

Our good quality life shall not be disturbed by all nuisance created by those hopeless sicko. smile.gif

I know their tactic for wanting RM50 from you because I was their first batch of TMNUT reseller in Penang. I completely stopped my reselling business a year later after dealing with these sicko. I was most active reseller in Penang at that point of time.

I will make them earn nothing from me in this case.

3G is only hope . 3G can go up to 1 MB with new software upgrade.

Hope DIGI can get 3G license to wake up TMNUT, Maxis and Celcom on what is called customer service.

I think the procedure is wrong.

Base on my previous experience when I register my Streamyx :-

1) You must make sure the Streamyx technician have install the ...
"thingy" to your phone line exchange (not quite sure about the term).

2) After they have install the "thingy", connect your DSL modem
connect to the phone. The DSL LED on the modem will blink for few
second and go permanently on.

3) You can call up Streamyx to activate your account.

4) Wait for maybe 45 minute, you can use the line to go on line.

I do not need to make sure the jumper is set and the light is on. That
is not my job as a customer!

They have three days to do so but refused to do so because no site
installation fee is paid to TMNUT agent and/or technician.

Telekom no longer handle the jumper setting at DSLAM. This is a
technician called Hxxd told me this afternoon.

TM technician asked me to call TM NUT activation department for
help...the rest is history.

The problem we all face in this Bolehland is TM NUT main competitor, Jaring also suck. Both companies are ex-government services, these government people are basically hopeless sicko. They are
like aids patient, no medicine can cure their mindset except to fire them.

Jaring wireless coverage is less than a half of KL area although they have launched wireless service for a year. They are only interested to serve those areas with rich people, not the outskirt areas with low and middle income population, mostly are India and Malay.

Learned that TM also wanted to implement six sigma like GE.

Since I am working as a six sigma consultant at the moment, my humble pie to TM and TM NUT, keep the money in the bank. No methods or tools in this world can help them if their people from CEO to field workers are still having working attitude problem.

TM and TM NUT do not need to pay huge fees for six sigma consultant to teach them how to improve business process.

I can give them free service on how to streamline streamyx application.

Just put the customer service technical and activation under one root or one manager control.

Give technical deadline of 4 hours to set up jumper, 20 minutes for activation people to activate the line. The work flow shall automatically from application receive to technical and then to activation. Last the customer service calls the customer to say the line ready.

Those people miss the deadline for three times shall be remoted or removed. The installation can be easily completed in the next working way.

You do not need rocket scientist to teach you how to run ISP.

Miss out this message..

I was receiving countless phone calls from streamyx resellers/agents the first day my phone line was installed. Have to unplug my phone set to keep nuisance away.

Listen carefully, TM NUT technician for Alam Damai Cheras area,

Now TM NUT technician believe I would have to use reseller service plus RM 50 site installation fee to get my streamyx up. They will be dissapointed to learn that I will never subscribe streamyx again for forever after I terminate my new account tomorrow.

I stopped streamyx reselling business in Penang three years ago. Reason is I hatred to collaborate with local technician and cheating customers to earn extra few bucks.

Now back to my story,

The local reseller told me I have to wait long time if I refuse to use their service.

TM NUT technician was cheating their own system and company. Their system says all jobs done according to their customer service center.

From the phone call testing and also tested with modem, I can tell with 100% confidence that the jumper setting is actuallly no done yet at local DSLAM. These technicians input wrong information to their system to cheat their own company.

The technician as usual would give excuse to their management and customers by saying that the problem may be due to line connection problem. After that they will set the jumper right to avoid being caught for cheating.

Their sole purpose is to make customers who do not pay site installation fee more troubles. TM NUT technician intentionally created many problems for self-installation package because they cannot get commissions from resellers under this package.

The reseller has to pay some portions of installation fee to technician if they want their customer line up without any problem.



I have asked TM NUT to send another technical team to investigate what I am saying is right or wrong.

TM NUT was a name created by me several years ago at soc.culture.malaysia. The archived posting shall be at google group. Jaring NUT is also a good name for Jaring.

Jaring asks for two years compulsory subscription for wired broadband is more horrible demand than TM NUT.

Frankly streamyx is not a suitable package for a mobile person like me. Streamyx is only useful for me to download free porno videos with bitcomit. biggrin.gif

I called up TMNUT customer service to terminate my account this afternoon. The customer service asks me to give them another 24 hours to sort out this problem.

I told them is TMNUT local technician purposely to create problem for self-installation customers.

Corruption is just not happen in the government. These technicians also learn how to make extra income from you. Mahathir has taught our people this new skill after being as PM for 20 years.

I just received a call from someone in TMNUT technical a minute ago. He said he cannot process my report and therefore cannot solve my problem. I must call to their activation department again. This is their PROCEDURE. FXXX!

Now they admit the jumper is NO connected yet, but he refuses to proceed and solve the problem until their Activation Department supervisor is informed about this problem by the customer himself/herself.

I ask him to terminate my account on the phone. He replied he cannot do so, and I must go to TM Point to do so. You are allow to apply streamyx online, but TMNUT no allow you terminate online or through their customer service center. See another boleh FXXX!

Actually, my streamyx application is no valid because no proper signature is given to TMNUT. Why I shall bother to terminate this new account??

Michael Lai, go fire these people first if you want one million customers by the end of 2006. Then you can resign from TMNUT. You will never achieve this target with these sicko people, it's better to resign rather being axed.

I have two lines, one is old CDMA and another is copper line. New copper line is just available in my area this month.

Crazy doctor minister Ling Kin Yit is trying hard to break the monopoly. Wireless and 3G are only solutions...let forget in using TM property for last mile connection, TM will screw up you anyway.

You are wrong, I do not really need the streamyx broadband except for downloading porn videas. I am rich enough to subscribe any 3G broadband service which is more suitable for a mobile worker like me.

This is why I do not have to keep my unhappiness myself and lonely. I challenge TMNUT to blacklist my name for life. My report number is 5000030.
