My friend is now in sg for holiday. And I tumpang-ed her to get the new iPad for me. And she found that most of the shops she went had sold out of 'em.

I guess that's a blessing in disguise. Cuz it will be about RM100 more expensive. And she's not taking a flight. Which means GST won't be deductible.

Oh well, guess I've just got to be a bit more patient ...

Yeah, choose the clear type, never go and get the anti-glare/matt/what not, that will affect your retina display.

Firstly, congrats on your new toy. Matte type will definately affect the clarity of your screen be it retina or non retina display iPad while the clear type will preserve the glossiness and clarity but it's fingerprint magnet. I myself using the clear type of SP which comes with the SwitchEasy Canvas, have to wipe the screen most of the while since I have oily fingers...lol. Anyway I heard there's certain expensive Clear type of SP which have less fingerprint magnet, try search around in the Garage Sales section.

when malaysia launch the new ipad, will it different from the sg set?

wad i mean is since sg set is the first batch and got some issues, will apple ask their factory to fix it and the next batch will get the improved version 1?
although it sounds ridiculous, but is it possible?

because im in dilemma now... dunnoe wan buy sg set or wait malaysia set?

the possible u mean is it is possible that when malaysia launch the new ipad, there might possible be the improved version that fix the first and second batch issues such as the overheat or yellowish?
