QUOTE(TheLaptopDudeGuy @ Mar 22 2012, 08:46 AM) Obvious fake, a mix of galaxy s2 and galaxy s wifi 4.2 Expectations are too high la, thats why. Added on March 22, 2012, 8:47 am Same here, ever since ICS arrived, doesnt feel like pre ICS SGS2 thread. Many people assume that with ICS installed the phone can then fly them around space and give them desserts when they feel hungry. But they fail to realise its just an OS update, not some radical change. |

Use an IME enabled keyboard.
If non available, download google pinyin IME and use that as the keyboard for SMSing in chinese. |

QUOTE(nicregi @ Mar 22 2012, 11:10 AM) Install Google Pin Yin. Yoobao, a carry around is always better.Added on March 22, 2012, 11:12 amGuys, I am looking for extended battery. I have a choice: YooBao or Those build in one like the Mophie Juice Pack Plus for iPhone What do you suggest? Not getting 2000 mah battery seperately as prefer 2 in one instead of keep changing between both. Suggestions please? |

QUOTE(dimenxion @ Mar 22 2012, 11:36 AM) my fren changed it once. over 500 at samsung center. kindly beware some samsung center will tell u, u no more have warranty for some parts you replace later. make sure you confirm with them. What the heck, they are lying. Replaced parts should come with their own warranty period. |

It's cached in memory.
It's how linux handles it, so when you open it can load faster. If memory is insufficient to launch different apps, it will start closing off apps in cache. |

QUOTE(liquidvamp @ Mar 22 2012, 12:25 PM) thanks for the answer sifu. so if too many app running in the background, it'll affect the ram right? and it'll makan the battery also? Battery -> not necessary, it only eats battery if it keeps the phone awake.RAM -> Yes of course, cached apps take up RAM, but the RAM is controlled by the built in memory manager. Of which parameters can be set if you have root access, but otherwise it is quite efficient. There is no need to set it if the RAM is more than 700mb. |

Sometimes people will find relatively insignificant things to badger over.
As long as it doesn't get uncomfortable to use, I think the temperature wouldn't be noticed. |

QUOTE(siv 007 @ Mar 23 2012, 10:42 AM) Make report (police and LYN) is your only chance. But I doubt you'd have much luck getting your money back since there's really no buyer protection system here unless you got it via lelong.com.my Also, if he said it's SGP hybrid, it's implied its genuine. Imitations shouldn't even be allowed to be for sale if its labeled as the original. This post has been edited by MYstombox: Mar 23 2012, 10:46 AM |
