I doubt you can draw as well as using the S-pen, the S-pen has pressure sensor that works with the digitizer, but isn't present in the S2.

Which is newer doesn't matter.

9100 and 9100G uses different SoC.

All else being equal. But its best you determine yourself which is better for your long run usage.
