I owe this to my contractor, he let me pay bit by bit during the process and never rush me when I have some delay on payment. Maybe he took a big chunk off me as well that's why no hurry..lolx. Frankly I was pretty anxious to get things done and I did not compare quote from other source, this guy was recommended by a close friend so I trusted him.

I'm thrown in a situation whereby I have to redo everything or else I don't have to spend this much. What done can't be undone, enjoy the end result of all hard work.
