Ok so Mr. Wade emailed me again
22/3/2012 11.35pm +8GMT, but not with the evidence of the IP address etc. He still thinks I'm part of the scam and Zackry is my accomplice.
Read the transcript below, and my reply there after.

Ok here are the facts.
1. I get defrauded into sending my money to your account.
2. I make contact with you and explain the situation which you admit has happened before with you account.
3. Even after hearing my complaint and admitting that you found the transaction in your PayPal account of my stolen $40 in money you still refuse to immediately refund my money.
4. I have to keep explaining my situation and pleading with you to refund my stolen money which should have been done immediately after you understood what had happened but you still refused.
5. After and only after you saw that I was fed up with the whole situation and was going to call PayPal then you finally refunded my STOLEN $40.00.
Now you tell me what am I supposed to think? If you were as honest as you would like everyone to think you were then you should have refunded my money immediately, not hours and hours later after much pleading by me. It was STOLEN money from me and you admitted that.
So once again, what am I supposed to think? A truly honest person should have refunded immediately. I will tell you what it made me think. YOU are the scammer and only refunded after I threatened to turn you into PayPal.
Think about how you responded to me and how you refused to refund my stolen money until after I threatened to call PayPal. Were your actions that of of a super honest person which you claim to be ? No they were not !!!!!!!
I removed your pictures from bladeforum of my own free will because you asked that of me and it was the right thing to do. As far as removing your PayPal address that is not gong to happen because whether you like it it not that IS the address where the scammer tells everyone to send their money and everyone has to be warned of this.
That's all I have to say to you. Thank you for refunding my money but I stool feel either you are the scammer or you are an accomplice if his. Either way I want no more to do with you. Bye bye.

Hi,
1. You are responsible in finding out where you're sending the money to, and if you said you're just following what the seller have to say, then I tell you I too listened to my buyer, and that's how the scammer got hold of my paypal account to have you pay there.
2. If I were to scam you, will I even admit it has happened before?
3. If every single person comes to me, and claim they're scammed, should I not clarify further with my side (my customers) before I refund anything? All I said is I needed time to clarify with my customer, before I can do anything. I respect my customer (in this case he's a scammer) and I respect you too for alerting me. Any businesses or service providers will be categorized as nuts if they do refunds without further investigation.
4. You have to justify to me why I should refund the money and as I said, I too run a business, and if it's immediate, then I better of do a charity instead of running my business. I have many transaction in a day, and if everyone come asking for refunds, I would.. please refer to point 3.
5. I refunded after you 'threatened', though in the mail you said you weren't and you said you appreciated my help. Well, I refunded after you said that because I have to make a call of either losing my own money, or to lose my credibility. You promised to clean my name if I refund you the money, and that is why I rather choose that way than to wait for Zackry's response, just in the name of safeguarding my own business and my account. But you sir, with all my respect, have a creative thinking and suggested that I have other ideas in mind.
Finally, if I were to refund you money immediately without further investigation, I would be the nicest person on earth. Walk down the street, and consult with any businesses, will they refund a single cent without any investigations? Any businesses needs to clarify all the issues before money can be issued out as refunds, and like I said, I was told that ZACKRY paid me the money for his goods. If A were to pay you for his goods, and B came claiming you should refund B's money, would you refund without clarifying with A?
So once again, what do you think? Any sane person who runs a business will perform a transaction with solid investigation, evidence, and facts. And to get those done, I just asked for 24 hours the most. Based on the record, I believe you agreed on the 24 hours deadline but then you don't seem that patient and insecure and even asked me to deal with the scammer himself, and so I did, and yet I was accused.
Think about how I acted when you first approach me, and all my words gave you more clues of the real scammer. Well, if I'm truly his accomplice, wouldn't I be the one protecting him instead of revealing his EXACT location, and his details even after you told HE said he is from the states? Think again. If I'm serious in scamming, then I would have failed big time by not playing along.
I thank you with all my heart for removing my pictures, and regarding the email, you said you would explain what actually happen. Sadly, it didn't happen. You left my email address there telling people that is the paypal address the scammer used, which will give them the wrong idea of the paypal address is owned by the scammer. If you're sincere in keeping your words, you would have explained to the forumers, like
our earlier conversation that, this emailed owner was used and abused by the scammer, therefore the owner discourages everyone to send any funds to him. I remember telling you to clarify that didn't I? I even told you I don't sell knives and blades, let alone selling them to the States. If you were to leave a name there, and labeled it as a scammer address, without further explanation, do you consider that explaining my situation as the victim? I don't know bout you, but certainly that's not to me.
Thank you for at least removing my pictures ( although I would prefer everything else will be removed as well) but I still sincerely think that you should follow the 'little Asian forum' of mine, and keep it
up with the progress there. If Zackry is me, or even if he is my accomplice, wouldn't I be stupid to file a police report against him? Wouldn't that be a suicidal move as I would get myself into trouble as well?
Good day Mr. Wade, and God Bless You.

Ok I read your response and I have one more point to make. You admitted that you found my PayPal payment and in the details I clearly said payment for Kershaw Skyline KNIFE! Now you said yourself you do not sell knives. Did this fact not tell you that this was not your payment? Again,,,, you should have refunded my money IMMEDIATELY after you realized that the payment was not yours. But as I said, I had to keep pleading with you to refund. If you are not the scammer or are not connected with him in some way, then my apologies. However,,,, I still feel you are connected with him in some way! You may not be him,, but you are an accomplice. I've been in law enforcement for 15 years now I rely on my gut feeling to assist me. My gut feeling tells me you are connected with him. And yes your ip address still matches his which is very suspicious !!

God bless you Mr Yang. Have a great day.

Yes indeed I found your payment along with those details. I believe I told you that there was a previous case before yours, and it was sorted out by the Zackry. I also did told you that Zackry did 'explained' why the payment goes to me, as he is the dropshipper for this knife deals. Instead of getting the payment himself, he have them pay to me so I can get him his stuff. Simple as that. Any businesses requires trust between the seller and the buyer. I trusted him this time, and I gotta admit my mistake in this. I also stand firm on my words and my principle as well as ethics in business that I NEVER have any intention to scam. Like I explained, a seller and buyer relationship always relies on 1 thing, trust. Just like how you trusted him ( the scammer) and sent the payment to me. Anyhow, I still paid you back.
It is okay Mr Wade, I fully understand your situation and I read your previous threads that you were insecured and got scammed before. I will accept your apology, but I still don't feel good bout my details being exposed without you even telling me you will do. Well you did, you told what you'll be doing, only you did it the other way round.
I can only tell you it's not me, and I am in no way connected to him. And regarding the IP address issue, look at the thread, the moderator of Lowyat.net has clarified that my IP and that of ZACKRY is totally different, and in fact, it shows the exact location of where is claimed to be at, which is Miri, in EAST MALAYSIA, and I'm in PJ, in WEST MALAYSIA. The East and West is separated by the South China Sea.

It was further confirmed with an investigation that took 6 hours by the moderator in Lowyat.net. He is the trade enforcer and he has busted countless scammers within that forum. If that is not sufficient to convince you, I can't do much but to pray that someday you will realized the culprit, is a stand alone scammer called, Zackry Munawir from Miri, Sarawak Malaysia.
You can have your guts telling you everything, but I have evidence to prove that I'm not the one who scammed you. If you insist on the IP address issue, do register and post it out at Lowyat.net. We, at lowyat.net would most welcome your participation in ensuring that we have a safe trade environment. After all, 15 years is a hell lot of experience. Just so you know, the IP addresses in Malaysia is masked by a transparent proxy, so to get the exact location of a certain computer, it is almost not possible, unless you're with the government or the telecommunication companies in Malaysia. And we in Malaysia, don't have the privileged to choose from. Hope you understand this too.
Good day, Mr Wade. I'm Mr. Law, not Mr. Yang.
