Yes I know he is online, and yes he is still replying my messages. I'm getting him to clean my name, if he does not want me to take further actions. Well, like I said, the previous transaction was sorted out by him within 1 day with no dispute or whatsoever, so I don't see a problem with the second one (the amount is 90% lower as well). If only the mods can retrieve my missing messages prior to how he asked me for my paypal address so he can pay me. Well, it's business anyway, and yes RISK will always be there.

In this case, I as the seller/service provider is being victimized. I'd been doing this for more than 3 years, and this dude came out of nowhere tarnishing my reputation.

Even Virgill Barnett, the 'victim' is attacking me instead of Zackry. Maybe his common sense as a Law Enforcer tells him that a scammer will always be there to reply his emails, since I've been co-operating with me, even till now. Stubborn and typical redneck, I quote my friends

Mr. Wade aka Virgill Barnett decides to not let go, despite he gotten his refunds and kept on insisting I'm the real scammer, I'm Zackry, I'm Andrew Lond, we all have the same IP address, from the same ISP, from the same town.
Seems like he is monitoring our thread here in LYN, and that's positive, but he don't seem to think we're all legit.

Noted sir. As mentioned, my method of payment has always been through local banks. Zackry persuaded and 'told' me, or should I say lied to me that his friend is paying on his behalf. Anyhow, I still refunded the money to the money sender and he insist that I'm the real scammer, though it is a known fact that it's not very hard to abuse a paypal account.

Yea, once I noticed bout this, I removed all my details, not knowing I will get involved in crap like this. I was doing legit trades and services, as testified by many fellow forumers here, and somehow I got used and abused in this manner.

I am not blaming Mr. Wade for his zero tolerance, nor am I arguing with him, I already told him to do what he need to do, Simple as that.

As for Zackry, I pm-ed him and told him he will have maximum of a week to clear my name in those American forums, or I will consider reporting this case to the local police station or even SKMM for cyber crime offence. It is not that hard to track Zackry down since most of his info has been dug out. If this alone is not enough to convince Mr. Wade, I have got nothing to say, and therefore, I'm not arguing. I know he is reading our thread here as we converse and try to find the real scammer.

GOOD. PLEASE EXPLAIN everything from HEAD TO TOE. You can't be so selfish of dragging me in and just apologize. You have to explain, and clarify and also clean my name. That's the only think you can do. Saying sorry will not solve it. Can you also clarify if the picture on the first page is you? Can you also clarify all the details and emails you used in the scam?

If you're reading this right now, do understand the distance between Miri (where Zackry resides) and Petaling Jaya (where I am located all the while), I've never even set foot on Miri in my entire life. He is 16, i'm way past 20. He name is Munawir Zackry of the Malay ethnicity, and I'm Yik Yang of Chinese ethnicity in Malaysia. I have no idea how I can be him, and he is actually me?

Zackry has made it clear that all the info in Post 1 is legit, and that I can have a handful of Lowyat forumers to clarify my identity, as they know me in person, either they had used my online purchasing services, or even in my Action Figures collector group. I am a real person doing legit things here. The person who is scamming around is not me, and Zackry is the one you guys should be asking questions to.

I might have not stated clearly, but Zackry owes me nothing, at least money that is. What he owe me now is my reputation, and all the false accusation of being a scammer all pushed at my direction. Now I'll need him to clean him name, like you all said.. the damage has been done and my name is tainted. You guys can see how am I being treated in BladeForums. People who know me will know that I don't deal with knives, which is complete utter BS if I do.
As for the 'victim' from BladeForums, vwb563@yahoo.com, he still thinks I'm fooling around trying to act all innocent. I wonder what he will do if i really report this case and have Zackry caught? Will he register here, or even email me to apologize? Fyi, he is asking me to apologize publicly because 'I' scammed and defamed him here.

Yup, I learn well that being nice doesn't necessarily will be appreciated in return. I will definitely be looking at teaching him a lesson, and I'm seriously reporting to the police in my own defense as well. My lawyer friend has told me with all the emails I have kept with the US party, vwb563@yahoo.com, as well as the paypal transaction ID, the one he sent the funds to me and also the one I refunded, he don't have a case with me, in fact, I have all the rights to nail him down along with the forum he is in. He will need to take down all my info and retract all the allegations, or else, it is most likely he will lose the case as well as his job and reputation as a law enforcer there in the USA. The emails I sent was all in proper language and manner, but the replies he sent was all, I would say, childish for a married man with kids.

The victim has vanished ever since his last reply to us in this thread last night, and hasn't been replying to my PM. I'm getting a mod to investigate his login IP as well, as vwb563@yahoo.com claims he 'investigated' that me and the scammers, ANDREW LOND and ZACKRY has got the same exact IP. He was trained for cyber crime and made his training into good practice.
