try it yourself and see, then u will know, none of the ISP after quota speed can load a websites properly,.. dont mention surf,. if u using it in your phone, then 64Kbps is fine working well with Opera mobile browser,.. in computer 64Kbps or 128Kbps u wont able to load any websites properly without refresh

with 64kbps, u can still load websites slowly, provided u disable all images and flash. i've been doing that for years.

for firefox...
tools > options > content > UNCHECK load images automatically
to disable flash, go to add ons, plugins, disable your flash there.
immediate effect. no need to restart firefox.

using opera is much simpler. just one click to disable javascript, plugin and image. Dont disable image but 'cached image'.

Hi, I just used Maxis SKMM 1Netbook for a month. Last time I used Celcom SKMM for a year but after a year.

Personally, I like Celcom SKMM than Maxis. Other than bad coverage, Maxis connection is not stable. Line quality can drop from H+ to 3G easily without moving my Samsung Tab.

What I really hate was, every time I need to search something, I had to open hotlink portal and I clicked the provided link to start searching. This is really troublesome.

Last week I when back to my kampung. With bad reception (1 or 2 bar) it already took 5 to 10 minutes just to open maxis portal. Add another 10 minutes for clicking the "CLICK HERE TO PROCEED" link. This was just to get info about closed road sad.gif .

BTW, it is normal for Maxis SKMM to go to its portal every time I need to surf the net? Or I miss configured something?
