There are hot CM10 discussions/rumors in XDA although CM9 is in beta.

Dont wipe /data. Maybe then you can boot your phone again. EOL warning from arco for CM9 and CM10. One last update after this.

It's going to be... most probably... * Galaxy S4 mini * Size is perfect for me (4.3"), it has a Snapdragon 400, super amoled (no pentile crap) and a decent enough battery.
