Updating the software through KIES has been a biatch for me. Help me..always download halfway then download error occurs

There's a new firmware update isn't it? How long did it take to complete? Mine stuck at 0% for half an hour already with the android logo with a word ''downloading'' and ''do not turn off target!!'' below it. But before the logo and others appear the things all download already...
