LTE Advanced works with LTE CA (Carrier Aggregation)

It means 2 frequencies combined x 150Mbps = to achieve 300Mbps

However, although Optus possess both the frequencies, but can't combine the frequencies operated in Malaysia due to chipset limitation.

Therefore Huawei E5186s-22a (Huawei logo) is capable of 300Mbps in Malaysia but Huawei E5186s-61a (Optus unit) is only capable up to 150Mbps.
