I think we are in the same faction. Yup, I saw a lot of Marksmen in our Base. They didn't bother to capture TSA or do the objective(s).

Try to be more aggressive and be mobile. I saw you sticking to a few regular spots and you don't really get the kills by doing so. Just tag along and fire away. You should be able to get a few kills like that.

Most of it is based on gaming experience + observation while playing with clan members/random strangers. If you are keen on playing the supportive/defensive Medic, best to choose a unit (consists of 2 or 3 other members) and stay out from line of fire. Stay low and at the back of the unit. If you have C4 as your explosive option, grab that and place them near entrances or some random but usual paths taken by other players (opponents). This is good to put some delay on their assault.

Take a few pot shots. At times, if your aiming is good, you ought to be able to get some kills on and off. Remember the nature of your play, if supportive/defensive role, then your primary game style should be like that. However, I would recommend a versatile game play style so that you can be adaptive to different given scenarios/objectives. The hovering medic drone is a killer too so it's pretty much handy and don't be surprised if you could nick a few opponents off.
