I totally agree....I have 5 pairs of running shoe...But actually, im just sticking to my Brooks Ghost 3.

Try to follow behind those runner. Slowly u will get used to it. This is how i learn to run midfoot. I followed 1 uncle for 1 hour ++. After a few sessions, surprisingly, my knee is not pain anymore...

Not really fast runner but that is actually the correct way of running. I dont know see what article..it mentions that most of the people have wrong walking stride...
