Easiest is Salarian Infiltrator. If you use SI, try to have Mantis IX or better choose a big map like Giant/Ghost, just cloakshoot->hide->cloakrun.

If you're doing those hacking/activate missions, you can wait one place far away to lure enemies away from the objective, then cloak->run to activate/hack.

Buy the Premium Spectre pack, unlocked alot of N7 weapons after they added "better chance of Ultra-Rares" in the description, surprisingly.

Stupid question. How to get the pack? Need to look in Origin store?

^get Spectre or Supreme Spectre pack, if you are lucky then you can get those chars

for me, i click on Downloadable Contents in-game.
then i can see the new resurgence dlc there and click buy or something, it doesn't matter since it's 0 bioware points required. then i start my download from Origin, access ME3 information and download the dlc from there.

well i just click the Show Game Details button and go for Shop for Addon. After that you can see the Resurgence Pack is there
