Lost in the noise of the departure of BioWare co-founders Ray Muzyka and Greg Zeschuk, the developer has confirmed that it will be releasing new single player Mass Effect 3 downloadable content, called "Omega".

"Omega", of course, implies "last", so this may be the final DLC for the game. It could also take place in Aria T'lok's space station Omega as well. Regardless, it won't be the last content, as the developer promises more multiplayer content over the next six months.

The last single player premium DLC released for Mass Effect 3 so far has been Leviathan, which was released on the 28th August.

Shepard and crew will be returning to Omega on November 27th in what BioWare promises is the most substantial single-player DLC yet. It’ll run you $15/£10 worth of BioWare points to return to the crime-infested asteroid. Eurogamer has spotted what looks like a squad icon for Omega’s warrior queen, Aria T’loak herself. Fitting, as she doesn’t seem like the kind of asari that would let an outside team go take her domain back for her.

As we revealed in a previous article, the Omega DLC will involve reclaiming the setting of some of Mass Effect 2′s most explosive battles from the hands of Cerberus and the Illusive Man. It’s set before the events of the finale, and will presumably give us new options to pad out our warscores. Not that we need to, now that we can max it by being a BIOTIC GOD in multiplayer.

Mass Effect 3: Citadel – Single Player DLC

Mass Effect 3: Citadel will release worldwide on March 5th on Xbox 360, PC and PS3 (on March 6th on PS3 in Europe). Price: $14.99, 1200MS points and 1200 BW points.

Mass Effect 3: Reckoning – Multiplayer DLC

Prepare for the Reckoning!  Newfound allies join the multiplayer war for survival in Mass Effect 3: Reckoning.  The Geth Juggernaut, Cabal Vanguard, Talon Mercenary, Alliance Infiltration Unit, and more take up arms to stop the Reaper threat.  Smash your enemies with the Biotic Hammer as you lay waste to the battlefield as the Krogan Warlord.

Does anyone from MY or even SEA even plays ME3 multiplayer anymore?

seems to me that what we are paying is mostly for the ME1 remastered version and HD texture for ME2 and ME3, and all DLC for the 3 series?
