This sunday got fishing competiion at Rabok Bay off Jalan Kebun{near Bukit Kemuning} giant patin, tongsan, Rohu, carp, pacu ect, amacam, ada berani kaa~?

1st prize kancil leeh....

Waalaauueehh, maybe you guys never been to this Rabok Fishing Competition, one angler space only 3-5ft away and those sifoos there really dam kow terra wan laa, they can 'rembat' fish with single hook but just beware, never-never stand behind those sifoos if you dun want your a scar on your face......

What depth do patins swim at ? -----> Patins are very adaptable fish, you can find them at 3m depth or 30m deep in a river or ex-mining pond

What are the signs of patin in the water ? ------> You can see thunderous splashes during early morning and late evening but best way to tell is to ask around if anybody hook-up a patin before at the spot

They swim alone or in schools ? -----> indeed, they swim in schools

How many crickets should there be on a hook ? ------> depending on the size of your hook{and that depends on how big a patin you are after}, for me a size 2 hook with 4-5 cricket hook on the hard side{behind the cricket head} will do just fine

Treble, double or single hook ? -----> for me, single hook enuff liauw laa

How long should i wait before i strike when it's nibbling ? ------> don't strike before the patin swallow hence giving you a tug
