I'm no expert. But I believe expensive lures has it's advantage over cheappo lures in terms of effectiveness & performance. For expensive lures manufacturer, they have invested a lot on R&D. That's includes how to make the lures swims better & make it looks real to the fisho with less effort from the anglers. Wherelse for cheaper lures, we have to make extra efforts to make it looks real for the fish to strike. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying cheap lures are no good. It still catches fish. A cheap lure is as good as the expensive ones for an experience angler who have great techniques. For less experience anglers like me, we just have to put extra effort to it.
