ok found how to remove the crt effect. Too bad i don't think theres a workaround on the effect where it goes into crt effect at homescreen and the screen goes black and then the homescreen pops back up again for a very short second then goes back to black. Wierd explanation i know

hi guys, i just flashed criskello ics rom and i noticed that the media scanner drains the battery and also under storage in settings the things are still calculating,
when i open camera, it says media scanner running and quits.
nothing in my external sdcard is listed in music and gallery
if i force close media scanner, then my camera will work
when i tried google around, some say that it will take some time to scan the first time you boot ics
i wanna ask is this normal?

Should be left if you look at the bezel color and there's a button just next to the camera too... power button a bit low... or not a power button?? 

ahh not a nice bug   a reboot definitely did not solve the problem, and even flashing a new cf-root doesnt help and its still 'calculating'

Ahh..reflash all over again. Updated to DXLP7 now with LPQ CF-root 5.4 kernel.
Flash Vertumus theme to get all the ICS icons and blue colours. Download Apex launcher then can sit back and enjoy 95% true ICS on SGSII.

Touch sensitivity is the same with LPQ. No improvement on both stock firmware. Most probably Mods can solve that problem. Other than that is good, no bugs so far, no FC on anything. I also find the temperature is a bit cooler/lower than LPQ when surfing.

Yeah thats a known bug with LPQ not just foxhound. LP7 suppose to fix that.
