I think they got Internet because of ID Card for student.

fast 1 hour slow 1 and half hour , normal 2 hour

but for foundation I got to live in campus hostel...after dat I would go for IXORA...can't change since my parent decide it lol

many of my friends moving out from ixora.. they said the management there very bad..

or was it because they are not happy with the rules and regulations? Like i said, should the students choose to stay at the hostel, there are rules and regulations that need to be adhered to. There were many instances that students break the rules and yet cited the rules are not fair, too strict etc.

AFAIK a lot of my friends doesnt like with the rules stated by Ixora management, curfew etc. But , IMO lah, it's very convenient staying up here, everything also near and FYI internet up here using ADSL2+ , there's no high latency even you're downloading at full speed when playing game. That's why I can tolerate 8 people sharing 2mbps streamyx, still can play game without high latency. I mean, that's good isnt? I have friend staying in EP, he had 4mbps shared among 10 roommates, cannot tahan the lag when his housemate surf internet.

Yup, that is why students need to be aware that once they sign the contract, they are bound to follow the rules. Dont just simply sign before reading the terms and conditions.

which one are you referring to? If ixora, you have to get your own streamyx account, if use ixora free internet.. then headache. Hostel? it's true.

beside Ixora any other apartment recommend ?

100mbps is 100 times faster than your streamyx 1mbps. Cybertracker is a .. fun thing, during orientation they will tell you about it

note : you can connect to cybertracker from Malacca campus via cybertracker.mmu.edu.my
When you move into unit that already full of senior then high probability you dont have register new streamyx account, just join & pay them. Otherwise, yeah, register new or use your home's one, but only one user at a time.

I Using Unifi. 100mbps how many times faster than my unifi? Hostel many ppl share internet connection, won't slow?

Guys if i register for the course,example IT.... will i get other course from them...example law.,business~?
