haha.. raimy lah.. lol. .his bonus masuk ady..
I was not impressed by the PE except for the meter cluster.. Just that the handling was good and it was the only car within my budget.. Furthermore it looks better than the saga BLM that time and 12 out of 12 girls approved of the PE instead of the BLM.. So decision made.. haha..

well there is a fire safety device showroom along the federal highway near the nanyang siang pau (i think) newspaper office. u can head there or this bloke can do it apparently

Haha.. If aluminium I will do myself.. Now the cracking part that I'm worried, like those thermal wrap. Since I'm gonna use those fire safety grade type of material, I wonder will it crack?

Mine are cap Ayam galvanized steel only

never mind, u do first, i standby extinguisher...

what about a combo of both materials...the fireblanket goes up to 600 degrees centigrade and its directly behind the radiator blower and shield that whole bundle with aluminum or the other way around, aluminium first then the blanket?

More than 95degrees.. Cos when u drip water onto it, it will fizzle off super fast..

Abong.. If u were interested to get a laptop, i bet this would be priced around 2400-2700, depending on specs..

My plant is to wrap the extractor with the blanket, to heat shield and also dampened the sound of the extractor. Then install a home made heatshield

from my understanding the wrap is used to keep the heat of the exhaust in and within the engine bay and using the radiator to cool it down. hence, wrapping the manifold will contain most of the temperature to the front of the car. the purpose is not to deflect or dispel heat from the exhaust system but to contain it for optimum pressure build up. whistling.gif

i think ur plan can work. blanket then aluminium provided it has got ceramic coating...
