I also at first thought his rims are steel rims, and then after accident wan change to stock rims.

Here's the conclusion for MG4:

If only ONE of ur 4 rims are damaged, it is very unlikely that they will allow u to change all 4 to a new set of rims & tyres. It's the insurance company to replace only what's damaged.
It's even more impossible for them to replace ur rims to sport rims.

But i dun prefer they just fix it which is not nice at all and the rim will be not stable like before. how about the body part? they will just ketuk and spray or change?

Ketuk and respray. No insurance company out there is going to pay to change the whole door for u. They'll only change if it's really necessary, like broken headlamp, broken side mirror, broken windshield, or ur entire door smashed/pillar broken, etc.

That means they will only replace my side mirror only. u knew wat all my side skirt, front and rear skirt all habis kena calar. SC can do ketuk and respray meh if i wana put there?

Why cannot ketuk and respray? Doors confirm can ketuk and respray. Side, front, rear skirt = mudguard + respray.

That will depend on the workmanship d. If it's good, then you wont be able to see the difference at all. If it's not, then have to live with it. My suggestion is, leave ur car at main SC and get them to do it for u. But it may take longer than usual.
