It all depends on individuals. By right, taking too many eggs WILL give u high cholesterol levels.

Ah, I see. Lazy cook. Perhaps u should switch to Fillet-O-Fish instead?whistling.gif

Or buy those from Mr. Soy vans. Homemade soy bean milk, tell them not to put sugar in it. RM 5 a bottle tho whistling.gif

I can't really advice you on the cholesterol part. At first people said the yolk is bad but now people are claiming that there's a lot of benefits in the yolk. Builders opt for about 7 to 12 eggs on average a day for it's protein source. They normally don't consume all the egg yolk. For example the will use 3 full egs and 7 egg whites.

Invest on protein shakes instead. Would be good for his size.

A box of UHT low fat milk nowadays also can easily cost RM 5-7

ohhh, i drink before, macam drinking mineral water duh

WE ASIAN, sumore i typical chinese, everyday sure got rice one, actually rice is nothing bad, after a workout, white rice is very good icon_rolleyes.gif

So? Wanna bulk, dont complain about the taste. And too much rice not good either. Rice = sugar = carbs. You need carbs for energy, but not when u're about to go to sleep. That's why it's better to skip rice for dinner.
