You should seperate your workout into bodyparts on different days.  The cf in Mid Valley has gays ? Not really sure as i only trained there a few times. The last i trained there was about 6 months ago lol.

finally installed Works LCP. after installed the LCP, i noticed that engine sound become more rough and lounder especially when speeding 170km... increase pickup?  for me i just feel it become slightly lighter... but the impact on the engine sound really very obvious... when running in slow speed, can hear the "fuk fuk fuk" spinning sound which do not have when using original pully.

besides, the power seem lost or not so powerful when dragging with full pedal... sound like engine cannot push forward... and go uphill, power seem like a bit lost...

seriously... the sound is louder which generate from the engine bay there after LCP installed.
