Guys, what is your honest opinion on workmanship of Tiara East.

So far, how is living environment of Tiara East and west do u guys think of Tiara South.

Worthy rival to SEH, Eco Majestic and Kajang East

Another tread says that the developer same as Tiara Parkhomes, got many problems.

Any problems for Tiara East

Unit next to Kindy still vacant? Else, u can leave letter inside their Mailbox or try to see if the owner is at home on and off.

You can try to ask Developer for the owner contact or ask the Developer to give your contact to the owner.

But Tiara East is Landed Individual, DMC is pretty much 'worthless'

Even TH, although the Developer claim that they will not allow Kindy and will build one outside the residential enclave, with individual title,the owner can do whatever he wants.

2) was the owner of the other house at home?

Cos if the owner and at home, sure he will have big arguments with the guards chasing away his extra money

Very Bad if owners if Tiara East buy and rent to Students.

Bring down MV of whole area.

If rent to Lecturers - different story

Not many ppl like area that is rented to students for own stay

Lack of peace and quiet

Feel that security is compromised - every year change tenant and neighbour

Higher break in cos more ppl stay

You shouls still go, Tiara South looks quite nice.

Double Facade with back lanes garden is very nice concept.

But too expensive for me and maintenance being a long term issue

TBH, most developers are not very good in after sales dept, most want to wash hands after VP but not with life style living, maintanance is the key

No point handing over nice landscaping on VP, after 1-year, no one to cut the grass and becomes an eye sore

Not admirer lah, did not buy after all. See does not mean must buy mah.

Overall. TS is a nice concept but at least RM150K++ over priced.

Same goes for CG and even EM

Went to EM, looks very promising, also.

the RM14K that you are referring to is for MOT and is paid to Land Office based on

First RM100K - 1%
Next RM400K - 2%
> RM500K - 3%

Legal Fees for the MOT should be between RM500 to RM1K only

Let me summon a buyer here gtfan

When I got my MOT, i only paid RM500 in Legal Fees only, but my SPA and Loan Lawyer was the same

So i don't really understand what the hell is the Memorandum of Charge for

Already got Legal Fees on MOT, still wanna charge RM1K++ just to bring to Land Office / Bank to endorse charge

I paid Legal Fees for for Charge (16A Form) Legal Fees only RM365

Why is this Lawyer charging something like RM1K++ for it

Just saying either TH Lawyer charge me very cheap or this TE Lawyer is very expensive
