Hi, does anyone know if there is an alternate number for this service center? No one seems to be picking the phone.

The home repair was arranged within 1 day from the time I called AppleCare. No complains. Contact Daniel. My unit has no issues but i was just wondering if that slight mark near the charging point is a problem. I thought of leaving it for now because i'm worried they will induce scratches on the unit while checking. |
