Never ever send to Mac City. Their service is atrocious. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Takes forever to get your machines back. You will regret it. In fact I've complained to AppleCare regarding their service. Funny thing is AppleCare senior service advisor also complained to me in how uncooperative Mac City are.I've been trying to call MacCity the whole day but no one is picking. One example is I had called Applecare to get my iMac repaired under warranty. It was a home service where they come to the house and pick up your Mac and send it back when repaired. Mac City took 2 weeks to give me a call.
Go to VR Technologies. I had very good experience with them. Already had my iMacs, MacBook Pro repaired under apple care. Fast and responsive. Staff is courteous. The home repair was arranged within 1 day from the time I called AppleCare. No complains.
