Easy way is download Home Switcher app from market then you can toggle any launcher you want to set as a default.

If you're using SPen a lot then better get and put SP as the hard SPen tip MIGHT microscratch your awesome phone screen. If not using SPen then don't bother putting on SP as you Zenus casing protect your phone screen already.

FOTA is Firmware Updates Over The Air.
You go to setting > about phone > software update (top) > updates - make sure your data network is enable/on.

Try send SMS > type... PC [your imei no]...send to 62002
if you're using Maxis or DiGi.

Your phone rooted or stock.? What's the last thing you do before your phone coming to that state.?
- If stock..take out battery then put back in and power on.
- If rooted..go into recovery mode and clear data and dalvik.

If you dont mind about warranty then go for it. Try to get unopen sealed box. Then check the imei between box and phone is the same.

There are two ways on how to reformat your phone storage
1 - Setting > storage > format usb storage
2 - Setting > privacy > factory reset (tick on erase usb storage)

On both ways make sure that you take out your sdcard first.
