I'm playing with 300ms from Australia to US West and SEA servers for Dota 2. and the delay is fine, not sure if it's the same for D3.

I still think they should get a server running for SEA players.

Not sure if Diablo 3 will have taiwan version.

They fixed it. It was a bug.

Would be awesome if you'd update us on that "Starter Edition"
